CSET

Objective Carbon Setting (CSet) is a carbon emission equilibrium project allowing for tax deductible investment in environmentally conscious technologies.

Goals
Each investment dollar transferred, purchased or donated to the cSet is invested in environmentally conscience technology through a revolutionary direct democracy prospectus process. Investment returns are redistributed directly to investors or contributed as CBills in a banking scheme called a negotiable order of withdrawal deposit account. Investors and contributors use these funds to purchase carbon neutralizing technology at a discount for personal carbon offsetting initiatives. Voting through direct democracy generates custom investment prospectus for each investor with varying rates of return that generates CBills. This initiative will be available globally to all conscious climate change citizens in tax deductible, income offsetting or inflation protection investment vehicles. Solution Establish a non-for profit organization, trustee and corporate structure under the cSet brand to make direct democracy economic model viable. Allocate investors and donators monies through a direct democratic formula managed by professionals in finance, technology and business management. Donated monies generate an immediate tax receipt for the investor. Invested returns are redistributed to investors as CBills which can be withdrawn for capital gains, protected under registered plans or used to purchase carbon conscience technology.

Investment Methodology
Calculate individual carbon emission yearly, quarterly, monthly. Offset through carious currency valuations. Offsets can be placed in a mutual fund vehicle or Banked. Allocate investment dollars by direct election based on voting shares. Banking is done through investment returns, CBills.

Advantages
CSet is a tax deductible model of carbon offset investment. Unlike conventional charitable investments, investors can continue to influence their investment dollars through direct voting rights, called cSet Bills, through a dollar to investment Bill voting ratio.
